Consumer Class Actions: Wage & Labor

We are currently investigating claims for a potential class action. These claims involve situations where food service attendants -- waiters and waitresses - are being required to perform work not directly related to the actual service of food and beverage but are being paid less than minimum wage for such work. Such work includes pre-opening cleaning and food preparations and other similar work. Employees performing such duties are entitled to statutory minimum wage during these periods of time.

If you have been employed under such circumstances, and are interested in leaning more about our investigation, please fill out this brief questionnaire. You will be contacted by one of our professionals.
